Shopping cart problems usually occur from one or more of the following reasons:
1. Cookies not enabled
2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly
3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
6. Some people may have trouble when using any Netscape browser (e.g. Firefox)
If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.   


Q. What types of payments do you take?
We take all major credit cards and Paypal

Q. What shippers do you use?
We use UPS, Fed-Ex and the United States Postal Service.  You can always choose your shipper and method of shipping (ground, express, etc.).  World Neighbor also runs shipping specials occasionally for reduced or free shipping.  We may occasionally ship with a different vendor than selected depending on your location. We will always ship to the same terms as you have selected (e.g. overnight), and we will never charge more for shipping than the quoted shipping on the site.    

Q. Are World Neighbor products hand made?
A. Yes all World Neighbor products are one of a kind and come directly from the artisan.

Q. How long will my product take to ship? 
A. Depending on your selected shipping preference the shipping time can vary from 1 day to several weeks.  Please keep this in mind when ordering something for a special occasion.
