This jade statue is gorgeous. The detail is excellent and the jade is fine quality. The Chinese dragon was historically a symbol of the Chinese Emporer. Traditionally the dragon is also the embodiment of the concept of yang (male) and associated with the weather as the bringer of rain and water in an agriculturally water-driven nation.
